Why this and not the prompt from the video

A prompt has to be remembered and typed right every time. An installed file triggers on what you meant, not on the wording.
The video shows the case that works. The files carry the cases that do not: a fourth date format, missing fields, two threads pasted together, a conversation too long to answer.
The files carry your names, formats and rules. A copied prompt carries none of that.
One pain is rarely one prompt. This is the order that works, so you do not have to work it out.
