These terms cover this website. Videos published on YouTube and Instagram are also subject to those platforms’ own terms.

Use of the site

You may read and link to these pages freely. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Content and accuracy

The content is informational and published in good faith. Claims that involve figures or dates carry a named source; where a question has no settled answer we say so rather than filling the gap. Narration and imagery are produced with AI assistance and labelled as such. Mistakes are possible — tell us at hello@promptineer.org and we will correct them.

Intellectual property

Our own text, video and design are © 2026 Parhiala Group Oy. Archive material is used under public-domain or CC0 terms and credited in the relevant video description. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Parhiala Group Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

The t10k tool

The t10k publishing tool is internal to Parhiala Group Oy and is not offered for use by anyone else. See the Privacy Policy for what it accesses.

Purchase terms — Starter Kit

Seller. Parhiala Group Oy, business ID 3551063-3. Turvalaaksonkuja 2a, FI-01740 Vantaa, Finland. Contact hello@promptineer.org.

What you buy. Starter Kit for Claude: five files, each a .zip containing one SKILL.md, plus a README with the install order. It is digital content, delivered as a download. Nothing is posted to you.

Price. 29 € including VAT — that is the total price. There are no delivery charges and no other fees. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Delivery. Immediately after payment, on the confirmation page. The download link is valid for seven days, and reopening the same confirmation address issues a new one. If the download fails, email us and we will send the files.

Right of withdrawal. The content is delivered immediately and in full at your request. By completing the purchase you ask for delivery to begin at once and accept that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun.

30-day money back, no reason needed. This is our own promise and it is wider than the law requires: email hello@promptineer.org within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full price. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to delete the files first.

Faults. If a file does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full and nothing here limits them.

Complaints. Email us first. If we cannot agree, a consumer in Finland can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta) after contacting the Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta).

Governing law

Finnish law applies, and disputes are heard by the courts of Finland.
